Wonderful owner and staff, beautiful bedrooms, nice and cosy and a lovely view

Pros: Posting for partner - He loved the rooms and the balcony, very comfortable beds, fantastic communication from owner and all staff, very accommodating

Cons: He liked absolutely everything, 2nd time he has stayed here when visiting clacton and will continue to book this property in the future

Pros: It had everything needed if you didn't want to leave your room for a few days.

Pros: Staff Musca He was very Helpful, My room was very comfortable. it had everything provided for my stay. The View was stunning 😍 I will hopefully return in the Future.

Pros: The stuff was very helpful especially the manager he was great he was very professional and look after us well I will defo be staying here again and I recommend this hotel to you all

Pros: Don't be fooled by the outside of the building, the rooms are stunning!! Beautifully decorated to a high standard, spacious and spotless. Directly opposite the beach, perfect location.

Excellent service and the room was luxurious with a lovely view too 😁

Pros: We loved the warm welcome by reception staff he was very helpful and was even willing to help me put up the birthday banners,that was very kind to offer..our room was luxurious and the bed was very comfy and very big too ..thanks again for making our stay well worth the visit,we will deffo be coming back 😎

Cons: Having to leave was only thing we didnt like lol

Pros: Musa who welcomed us couldn't have been more helpful. He moved us from the 2nd floor to 1st so there was less stairs for my Wife who has a bad back. He couldn't do enough for us both . The Location was excellent right near the pier and restaurants and we had a lovely walk through the gardens on sea front.

Cons: We had to turn mattress around as one side had no support and poor springs. This room needs a new Mattress apart from this all was good.

Amazing accomidation perfect for what we needed for the weekend

Pros: The rooms were spectacular. Very modern and furnished with super king size bed, massive tv and all the normal facilities you would find in a hotel kettle, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, iron. Amazing view over the clacton sea front.

Cons: This is very petty, buts it is the small things that make the difference. 1. The look of the hotel from the outside looks very run down and off putting. 2. There is no lift, so if you have young kids and buggies then you have to leave it in the lobby and walk the steep narrow steps. However do not let this put you off because as soon as you get to your room it is a complete different decor and experience.

Pros: The whole room was very cosy and the bed was just right and comfortable.

Cons: No breakfast and the TV kept glitching.

Great stay would definitely stay there again !

Pros: Modern and comfortable, I loved that there was a microwave and a smart tv in the room so could log into my streaming services and watch what we wanted. The room was spacious for me and my child. Very close to the attractions which made life super easy.

Cons: If I really had to nit pick I’d say the stairs where a little steep, slightly tricky to manage with both hands full but really wasn’t that big of a deal. Especially when the room was nice and the closeness to attractions is so so worth it. Literally couple minutes walk from the pier.
