Lovely stay with very helpful staff

Pros: Cleanliness, helpfulness of staff, welcome package

Cons: hower had was broken on arrival, but it was dixed in no time rhanks to efficient customer service team, light bulp in bathroom was a problem too, too soft bed but that is a personal preference

Great relaxing place to stay!

Pros: Great communication from the host. Detailed images received via email explaining how to access property. Spacious apartment and quality facilities. Used to live in same street so very familiar with the area. Will return!
