Pros: Very clean property. Modern. Spacious well equipped kitchen. Lounge is a little on the small side if you have more than four guests. Good location!

Excellent value for money

Pros: Great location, excellent value for money, central to where needed to be, very tastefully renovated. All added extras were much appreciated- bottled water, tea coffee, number of towels.

Cons: Chair was broken at kitchen dining table, TV in living room is broken

Great location and overall really good apartment

Pros: Overall, an amazing location and apartment. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Cambridge from a truly central base. The apartment is very close to amenities (just across the road) and public transport. Everyone in our group travelled from different parts of the UK using public transport, and it took us all only around 10–15 minutes to walk from the main transport links. The apartment itself was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. For a short stay, it really was a little gem. We especially liked the internal taxi booking system, which was a great touch. The complimentary bottles of water in each room and the biscuits were small but thoughtful extras that made the stay feel more considerate.

Cons: The only downside was some noise from the neighbours above, as the apartment is on the ground floor. We could hear walking and singing, which continued until around midnight. This may be something to consider if you are a light sleeper. As it was just people having a good time 🌃 it wasn't enough to make complaint

Pros: The design of the house is superb. Modern and complete with all the facilities.. it's a beautiful unit we had (2 bedrooms with 1 sofa bed). Kitchen utensils are complete. Washer and dryer are working well. Backyard is beautiful. Location is very close to restaurants especially varieties of halal restaurants and halal butchers as well as international supermarket.

Cons: The fact that parking is difficult all over Cambridge and expensive. If TAS can provide resident parking pass to those who stayed at their apartments, that will be better. The beds are a bit small and the mattress is slightly overused. But it was generally Ok

Short stay with our family of 5

Pros: This ground floor flat was perfect for us (family of five) during our short-term stay in Cambridge over the Christmas period. The apartment was crystal clean, with quality linens and beds, very well heated, two bathrooms, a good size living area / kitchen and a garden. Easy chech-in & check-out. We will come back without hésitation for a longer stay.

Cons: Everything was exceeding expectations.

Comfortable flat, if only there were less furniture

Pros: Great location, appreciate the quality furnishings (eg Egyptian cotton bedlinen, thick towels), newness of the fittings/furniture and use of well-equipped kitchenette.

Cons: The one bed on top floor, some of it under the eaves is quite cramped, but this would be greatly helped if some furniture was removed eg the 1 metre wide coffee table (which is in addition to a dining table), the massive arching standing lamp and 3 of the 5 dining chairs. It's way too much furniture for an apartment with maximum occupancy of 3 people!

Convenient and comfortable stay

Pros: The stay was very convenient, located just opposite convenience stalls and surrounded by many restaurants. The hosts were very meticulous and thoughtful — they provided individually packed shampoo and body wash, which felt very hygienic. Towels were provided in excess of the number of guests booked, which was appreciated. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable

Pros: Well maintained. Well equipped. Excellent communication. Extremely clean. Helpful notices for wifi etc.

Cons: No mirrors in bedrooms, no hooks for coats and two of the dining chairs were broken

Perfect stay for visiting Cambridge

Pros: Very clean apartment, modern and comfortable and well located w access to shops and short walk to city centre
