Great value for money, spacious apartment in a quiet location within easy access to walk into city

Pros: Great location with easy access to the city, a 15 minute stroll from apartment. Parking could be an issue but we luckily managed to park outside the apartment. Resident parking only in the streets nearby from Monday to Friday

Great flat but pricey

Pros: The flat has an open plan which creates a great space for the family. The kitchen is very spacious and complete. The property is located in a quiet street.

Cons: The apartment is great but overpriced. There was parking available, but it is not guaranteed by the property. So, it can be a potential problem as the roads around were full every time we looked. Having one double bed would be a plus.

Comfortable and Safe.

Pros: Very clean, comfortable and safe. All amenities work well. Very prompt communication.

Cons: Not a negative really but the road is very narrow with parking included the road and can be a challenge if you have a big vehicle.

Fabulous apartment - will definitely visit again.

Pros: Very comfortable and clean. Well equipped. Great location close to city centre, shops and bus stop.

Cons: The TV wasn’t connected but we weren’t that bothered as we didn’t particularly want to watch it. No lift so not so good for anyone with mobility issues or buggies etc. Limited parking and very narrow street.

Cons: Common areas (staircase etc) could do with freshening up. No mirrors anywhere in the property other than the bathroom!

Pros: Great property, well-designed and with all the amenities. Very good communication with the hosts and easy access.

Cons: 95 pounds cleaning fee for an one night staying - unreasonable for such a short staying. There could have been a different price depending on the length of the staying.

Comfortable and cosy stay in Cambridge!

Pros: Such a clean and lovely flat, everything was well organised and ready for us on arrival! The host was very communicative as well. We couldn’t have been happier.
