Spacious 2-Bed Flat in Homerton House

Clean, well appointed flat in quiet convenient location

Pros: Very clean well appointed apartment. Everything needed for a short, or long term stay. Good location close to many amenities and only a 10min bus ride from the city centre. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Cons: Unfortunately no parking available at the accommodation but public parking is less than five minutes walk away.

Pros: Excellent location, very clean and cozy property and the host Faron was very accomodating and answered all queries very quickly. Would definitely stay here again

Pros: Everything was as it seems in the photos. Everything was nice and tidy. Faron was very helpful and friendly. We brought our cats and no additional charge was needed. We had a very great and lovely stay. We would definitely come back if we visit Cambridge again.

Cons: No parking but there is a car park nearby but needed £20 for 24hrs. But we did find free street parking on Sunday and was within 5mins walking distance so not too bad.

Lovely apartment, well presented

Pros: Lovely apartment, well equipped, a short stroll to some shop/café, town centre 15 mins walk to go punting 😊 easy access to property. Parking in multi storey near by for £7.50 per day on an app. Faron was very good at communicating promptly, will definitely use this property again

Cons: It would of been perfect if it had on site parking, but the multi storey carpark is only a couple of mins away so not really a problem

Very comfortable 2 bedroom flat very handy for rail station, well managed

Pros: Superb location if arriving by train, uluusecure and clean. 1 mile to market place (historic centre) 5 minutes from Hills Road shops and restaurants.

Cons: It was just what we wanted. Booking.com advise only to pay cash deposit, but you can pay property directly by card no hassle. Faron very helpful. Instructions for TV sound bar would be useful

Excellent value for money

Pros: The appartment is clean, warm, comfortable and equipped with everything one may expect. Faron is an excellent host - thoughtful and gracious.

Pros: Very kindly lord, big and clean property, new facilities. Walk to train station in 8 minutes.

Cons: If I had to be really picky, no parking for residents.

Pros: Very well kept. Excellent communication with Faron who manages the property. Close by paid parking. Excellent communication to town centre.

Cons: Only issue is WiFi a bit slow to stream movies at night but that’s the least of bother.
