A perfect location for an overnight stay or weekend away by the coast

Pros: I liked its location, easy parking. The owner was so welcoming. The little cocktail bar at the back was a lovely bonus!

A perfect gem of a place

Pros: Sometimes I walk into a rental, B&B or hotel room and think; 'I could live here!'. This was one of those. So clean, so neat, so cosy, so perfect in every way. And what an amazing location, right in the middle of everything and a five minute walk to the beach. I loved my stay here in the Studio.

Cons: I liked everything.

Fab set up in a great location- highly recommend.

Pros: Fab set up in great location in the centre of Frinton and a stones throw from the beach. The apartment was beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed. The bar downstairs was an added bonus! We will definitely be returning.
