Lovely 1 bed flat 200 metres from beach

A great base for being near the beach, shops and restaurants.

Pros: The flat was in a great location near to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was very well equipped but we didn’t eat in much. Nice touch to leave milk for coffee/tea.

Cons: Not being very good with technology it took a bit of trial and error to get the heating on just to take the edge off but we managed it.

Pros: Loved the location, the fact that it had its own parking space. It had WiFi, a dishwasher and it was clean.

A relaxing 2 night stay at this property. Such a beautiful place to come back to after days at the beach hut. I will def

Pros: The property was beautifully set out and decorated to a high standard. Kitted out with every piece of kitchen equipment you could possibly need. Bed and sofa bed was comfortable and it was lovely to have the courtyard garden for coffee and listening to the birds first thing. Commend you for making this flat such a beautiful and relaxing space to stay in. Wish it was mine!

Warm and homely flat, perfectly located for a seaside getaway

Pros: Warm and cosy garden flat. Very well equipped - designated parking spot, good shower, comfy bed, lots of pillows, sofa, table+chairs, patio area, air fryer, full upright fridge-freezer, w/m, d/w, induction hob+oven, lots of crockery and cookware, staple ingredients like oil, S+P, easy to use TV and central heating controller - we had a delightful two nights here. The location is superb and we made the most of the beach, although it was rather cold! Good communication from owner about door codes and parking. Nicely decorated flat (love the wallpaper in the living room), with just enough ornaments/pictures to make it feel homely but not cluttered. Walton is a very nice town - a little faded - with loads of great antique and junk shops, 2 decent pubs, and loads of fish+chip shops. Busy high street on Saturday and all very safe and friendly. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Cons: Minor points - needs an extension cable for hairdryer as the plug sockets are too far from the bedroom mirror! (Or maybe hang a mirror in the hall above the socket). And the basket of logs made us try to get a fire going in the stove, but without any kindling we didnt succeed! Everything else was spot-on 👍

We had a delightful short stay over New Year and would highly recommend this lovely property.

Pros: Great location, well equipped property with everything you need for a lovely break. Streaming services, cosy log burner, convenient parking space and friendly helpful hosts made for the perfect stay. Thanks Stu & Lou! We had beautiful walks along the coast during the day and cosy evenings in front of the fire.

Cons: The bed could have been a little more comfortable, but the bedroom was lovely.

Clean and tidy apartment ideal for a couple

Pros: Breakfast wasn't provor expected. The apartment was easy to find, easy door access, very clean and full instructions fir every gadget.

Cons: The only fault was caused by a lack of understanding between the owners and the booking system. I searched for a 2 bedroom place for 2 people because I was travelling with my son. But there was no bedding for the second bed which was a sofa bed. We were told we had to pay extra for a sheet and duvet cover which was disappointing.

Pros: Great location, minutes from the railway station, beach and facilities. Nicely furnished, well-equipped With all you need for a comfortable stay.

Cons: If we had one minor gripe, it’s that the bathroom is rather narrow so you can’t avoid splashing water with the small sink, everything else was just what we’d look for in a short stay.
