Great location property.

Pros: The accomodation was centrally located and convenient for shops. There were a couple of issues that were resolved quickly and professionally. Each member if staff I dealt wirh from the Stay in Suffolk Team were friendly and helpful. We shall use them again.

Pros: What breakfast. What are you on about? It was self catering

Well-placed base for exploring Leiston area, including Minsmere.

Pros: Lots of room, decent equipment. A good place for 1 or 2 people to base themselves in Leiston.

Cons: Some noise from the road. Parking needed care. Finding keycode box a little confusing.

Pros: Perfect location for a little getaway and escape feom city life for a few days

Cons: The decor is a little dated and needs touching up here and there but it didn't effect our stay at all

Pros: Great little property that served my purpose well. Good location with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Very helpful hosts

Cons: Confusion over the key Box which resulted in making an out of hours call to the host. They were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction!

Pleasant stay in a stylish flat

Pros: Smart, comfortable, well equipped flat. Very clean and conveniently situated.

Cons: The stairs up to the flat were rather narrow and steep - perhaps not appropriate for elderly visitors.

Pros: A lovely spacious place to stay. was way bigger than expected,specially becuase the price was so affordable, overall it was a lovely time spent. Would highly reccomend
