Very good apartment

Pros: The accommodation was clean, well presented and comfortable. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms all good. Zoya, who takes care of the apartments was excellent. She was very kind and helpful . She answered any questions we had about shops, transport etc.

Pros: We love the location, cleanliness & the staff. Zoya is the best.

Cons: I thought it was a bit expensive considering the front window was broken & it made a whistle noise, it changed the temperature of the room. It didn’t spoil our stay and I would go back as it’s close to my family and the staff are so good. It is clean.

Pros: Me and my family love everything about these apartments. We have stayed here many times. Zoya is absolutely amazing with my family. She goes above and beyond to make sure we have a great stay . Our apartments are clean , comfortable and relaxed. Zoya is only a phone call away when we need anything

Brilliant we had a great weekend.

Pros: Very comfortable, clean, warm. Zoya is lovely. Very welcoming. It suited our location perfectly.

Cons: Minor, but please put some hangers in the wardrobes. Would be very helpful.

Pros: The host Zoya was so lovely and very understanding when we had a bit of confusion with things. It was very clean. bed was comfortable. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again.
