Pros: It was great, comfortable, fresh but also welcoming decoration. It looks like the owner has put a lot of time into making it nice, the info folder in the room is also much more friendly and informative than usual. Good breakfast, friendly helpful owner. I never give 10 as a ranking, but this time it was deserved. I've stayed in almost every B&B / Hotel in Clacton over the last 20 years (I visit a few times a year for work) and overall this place is a perfect fit for me.

Wish our stay had been longer

Pros: It was clean, accessible, one of the best accommodations we’ve had. Breakfast was amazing. Close to beach and amenities. The owner was helpful and very knowledgeable about local places to go and to eat. Would definitely recommend the property

Lovely place to stay

Pros: The room was spotless and well decorated. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and chatty. Off street parking was a big bonus and the place is easy to find. Short walk along the front into the center to all the attractions and restaurants.

Cons: There was no chocolate spread so I had to be healthy 😅

Pros: Loved everything about our stay, the bedroom and house was spotlessly clean,the bed was really comfortable and the room had everything we needed the fan being a bonus,our host was really polite and friendly and the breakfast was great,would definitely stay again.
