The stay was excellent with the local attractions attended.

Well worth a visit

Pros: Historic property with character, and the room was excellent. The off road parking is good. The breakfast was great. Best thing is the welcome and friendliness of the staff. Second time I’ve been here and I’ll be back.

Pros: Our room was very comfortable. Huge comfy bed & modern, clean bathroom. We were made welcome on arrival & information we were given was very helpful. The breakfast was very good too. We had a lovely night here. Would highly recommend.

Pros: Traditional house with plenty of history. We had a lovely meal in the village crown and thistle pub. Thai and pizza. Excellent this was recommended by the owner. We also had an upgrade on the room i had booked that was amazing and beautiful traditional room.

Reception staff made us feel really welcomed and breakfast was perfect

Pros: The property has a lot of charm in its old age and that’s why we booked it, loved the individual character that only a property like this can provide.

Cons: Being an older property not everything is in perfect condition, however that is to be expected and what gives an old place like this its charm.

Pros: Great location for what we wanted. Good room with everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival Clare was very helpful and recommended local pubs for dinner.
