Nice comfortable stay!

Pros: Very cosy and homely. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. Site was nice and clean too.

Cons: More attention could have been paid to cleaning…ie microwave door was very dirty. And oven needed a better clean. But these were minor things and everything else was clean.

Great location for us as we were visiting family in Frinton. Property was exactly as listed.

Pros: Property was well presented and included various modern conveniences. Outside decking area (including egg chair which everyone loved!) had a table and chairs which was really useful.

Cons: Couldn’t really fault the property it was perfect for our stay visiting family.

very happy with the site and will definitely stay here again.

Pros: lovely site, very well maintained and easy access to the beach. the location of the caravan was in a peaceful location and only 5 mins walk to the Hub and reception.

Cons: unfortunately the meal wasn't very good when we decided to eat on site. also we had to wait over an hour for the food to arrive after ordering.

Pros: It was a very comfy, homely space. Plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Having the decking to sit on in the evening sun, was so nice. Check in was so easy. Instructions were perfect.

Cons: The only issue was the lack of oven tray for cooking. Also the cleaner seems to have missed a few things too many times. Example: dust on kitchen lights and cobwebs in the corners of living room. Also limescale on shower doors. Didn't effect our stay.
