Quiet, very comfortable, perfect location

Pros: Lovely old higgledy-piggledy building, comfortable room, generous tea/coffee facilities. Great hot shower, plenty of toiletries, very helpful hosts, located in the centre of Bungay.

it was welcoming , easy and cosy

Pros: It was in a nice part of hte main road, with resutarents nearby. The room was directed really nicely and had everyting you needed. it was really welcoming.

Cons: The only thing was I wasn't aware the connected restaurant (Source Bistro) was closed for our visit, but luckly ther were other places open nearby

Pros: Excellent location, lots of character, communication was outstanding. Room was clean and well presented. Great value for money.

Hidden Gem

Pros: Everything about this place. Easy access, great communication from the hosts. Such lovely little touches in the room, made the stay exceptional. Beautiful room. Very cosy.

Cons: No bad points at all

Pros: My second stay in a week. Different room but same great comfort and facilities. Used the 'linked' restaurant below the rooms as well. All made for a very pleasant one night sleep over. I'll certainly be recommending to others travelling near by.

Cons: Nothing really. There was a little noise, as expected, being on a high street. But nothing that disturbed my sleep.

Pros: We have stayed at this location a number of times over the years because it is in an excellent location and it is always beautifully clean and very comfortable. We tend not to eat breakfast anyway and we often eat lunch or dinner with family who live nearby, so we do not eat at this location.

Cons: Nothing at all. The only thing I would say is that the on site car parking can be a little tight sometimes, but you can park in the road outside for shorter periods and there is a longer term car park very close by. This is not always an issue, but it can sometimes be an issue if you have lots of bags to carry to the room.

Pros: Good location. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful owners.
