Absolutely perfect, could not have wished for anything more.

Pros: Breaķfast had plenty of choice . Our only feedback was the mushrooms , not suŕe how they were cooked bùt prefer them fried .

Cons: It was a really cold day and it would have been nice if the heater had of been switched on to warm the room before arrival.

Wonderful place, wonderful people

Pros: It was charming and had a real BnB traditional feel Carol was so wonderful when we arrived The place was so warm and cosy as we had been traveling and weather was awful outside. Room was great size Lovely and warm Clean We couldn’t of asked for me So happy to have our dog We will be back Breakfast also was wonderful Cute little jams All freshly prepared by all the team They make a real effort Such a little gem

Charming hotel just yards from the seafront

Pros: Absolutely everything😊. We have stayed before and it is just as good as I remember. The attention to detail is impressive and anyone just setting out should come here to learn how to do hospitality. Lovely room with all the extras - cookies and chocolate plus an amazing array of drinks Breakfast is a feast - 4 choices of fruit juice, fresh fruit, range of cereals, hot croissants, freshly made muffins plus a full cooked menu! It's a good thing that the seafront is only minutes away on foot. It is an exceptionally friendly place and welcomes dogs as well ( not often able to stay in 4**** hotels) Recommend 100%

Comfortable and cosy stay.

Pros: The owners were lovely, the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location is great and close to amenities and the beach. The breakfast was great and plentifully. It was great value for money.

Friendly, comfortable and accommodating hotel, in a great location for the seafront and town centre.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. The lady that owns the B&B was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and allowing us to park in the car park before check-in and after check-out. Great location (150 yards from the sea front). There is a Prezzos and an award winning Fish n Chip shop about 100 yards away, towards the seafront. Close to the town centre also. Very comfortable rooms with great beds. The cooked breakfast was ok and there was a lot of choice of other food for breakfast.

Cons: The shower lacked power, perhaps a water pressure issue. The cooked breakfast could have had a bit more flavour.
