Pros: Very comfortable and large bed, bathroom and shower were lovely, good value for money and right in town!
Cons: The TV wasn't very central and remote didn't work all the time but this was no real concern.

Perfect central location in a well-designed and spacious apartment, with very comfy beds
Pros: We had a great two night stay (my daughter and I) for a concert in the castle park (about 10 mins walk). The apartment was well designed, very spacious and very clean - great for families, with the additional fold out sofa-bed. The kitchen was well equipped, and the complimentary toiletries in the shower room were appreciated. The location was perfect; right in the centre and on a pedestrianised street of shops, cafes and restaurants. The communication before the trip was really helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
Cons: It didn't spoil our stay, but the hallway and room were very warm during our trip, with the weather temperature being around 27c. The staff were really helpful and gave us an electric fan. The street also got very noisy between midnight and 3am as well with people leaving the pubs and clubs, but we expected that from a city centre location and we used earplugs to sleep.

Lovely, comfortable and peaceful
Pros: I liked the room, its very stylish and clean also was nice to be able to access Netflix and have use of a mini fridge. There is a little terrace outside that was a nice place to sit and have drink on. The bed is comfortable and there was a fan that was extremely useful. The location is excellent as you close to town. I loved the little folder of information provided. It had snippets about Colchester history and places to visit, also nice places to eat at in town. The owner even provides a selection of books and some board games just incase you want to stay in and relax.
Cons: The was nothing i didn’t like

Would 1000% book again!
Pros: Clean, well thought out and aesthetically pleasing room. Amazing location, easy to access and genuinely one of the best/nicest places I’ve stayed in Colchester/Essex.

Hidden gem in Colchester.
Pros: It was very clean, and when I got hold of the owner when I got there due to not being able to find a hairdryer, she contacted me almost immediately to explain where it was.
Cons: It was perfect. I did not want to come home and will be back very shortly.

Beautiful room but central location is busy, parking is in local paid car parks only so be prepared to walk and carry yo
Pros: Beautiful room and location is good for young people, rather than a solo traveller in need of sleep. Ear plugs had kindly been supplied but this is in a central location within walking distance of the High Street so pros and cons. Nice outside seating area and the restaurant/bar below these rooms serves delicious food, staff were all very friendly too
Cons: Noise, heat of the weather was unfortunate. Joanna the cleaner was a very practical lady so she managed to sort the issues with the mixer shower hose temperature for me and agreed they would replace the cord on the Roman blind so this could be raised, rather than hanging it over the top window handle which she does to clean the room, which was immaculate.

A brilliant place to stay in colchester!
Pros: A lovely room. It was great having the little kitchen and so cute to have a gift of socks. Comfy bed and all clean and pleasant. And so in the centre it was brilliant.
Cons: Could have done with something to make fresh coffee.

Pros: Lovely place to stay right in centre of Colchester. Host was good with communication, we didn't actually meet them as self check in. We had the double room. Bed was very comfortable. area with a Kettle and tea, coffee, milk supplied, also a fridge ( due to the shelf placement you are better to just take very small 1 pint milk as otherwise milk would have to be placed on it's side). The ensuite was lovely, a really nice powerful shower. We'd definitely stay here again. As an additional note the \
