Cons: We dont go to look for faults we go to enjoy ourselves , So nothing to complain about apart from only being able to stay for one night due to work commitments

Cons: Reception could do with a bit of TLC, paintwork peeling away. Funding a huge long black hair in the sink plug hole and noticing the shower still had scum marks on and not cleaned properly

Pros: Location excellent for us. Had Sunday menu in restaurant with family which was excellent

Cons: Had dinner in the restaurant on Monday evening which unfortunately left a lot to be desired. Food definitely not up to usual standard. The person who served us needs some lessons in customer satisfaction which we found unusual for the feathers as everyone is normally friendly and cheerful. Monday night was very disappointing for us to say the least as our friends had never been before. We were pretty embarrassed as we had told them how good it was but it was actually dire in all aspects!

Pros: I know the feathers well, got the room I needed. Staff lovely. Eaten there a number of times. A good location that suits me.

Cons: Boiler failed Sunday morning, so shower was icy, did get a refund for that.
