Good Intent Rooms

Great comfortable stay, just what we needed for a one night break to attend a party.

Pros: Easy to find, great instructions, comfy bed, nice big shower head and hot water, lovely and warm room, big bed, plenty of free parking.

Cons: The tv didn’t have many channels a lot were not in service or crackerly. The shower tray felt like you were going to fall through.

The best weekend break for a long time.

Pros: The host was very good and very patient with us. The room was so comfy we wanted to stay another day but work and other commitments didn't allow us to. All facilities were good and very clean. I would definitely recommend it. I will be staying again.

Cons: There wasn't anything not to like. Maybe put some cushions on the metal chairs.

Good rooms, decent value

Pros: Well organised room-only residence with clean modern rooms in good condition.

Cons: A little scruffy exterior in a not-very-interesting location. Some road noise.

Will recommend anyone

Pros: Lovely spacious room with very comfortable beds. Clean room but found 2 spiders Lovey park can be seen from the window

Pros: The location was beautiful and peaceful. The room was absolutely gorgeous. The bed was huge and so comfortable, the bedding was top quality. The room although not huge it was perfectly comfortable, there was a wardrobe, desk with a kettle, tea, coffee etc, side tables at each side of the bed with lamps, a TV on the wall. The bathroom was also perfect, toilet, sink and shower, towels and soap and shower gel provided all very new. The whole room was immaculately clean with a lovely view of the beautiful garden. There was plenty of parking too. I can’t say how lovely the place was

An Old English Pub nicely converted to a B&B.

Pros: Great location for us to visit family and friends. Clean but relatively small room but satisfied our requirements perfectly and the host communicated very well with us prior to our check in and met all of our requests.

Cons: Unfortunately, the bathroom was very small with a very tight shower. Bed was very soft.

Very clean & comfortable room, a good size. Couldn’t fault a thing. Would gladly stay again.

Pros: Anthony was very welcoming, as we met him on arrival, he was very helpful & explaining every we needed to know

Pros: It was a large, spacious, family room and was very clean. Good, prompt communication.

Cons: The bathroom door didn't stay closed (unless locked) and the toilet was reasonably noisy when refilling.
