It was an excellent stay with good facilities and for a competitive price.

Pros: The location was close to the city centre and easily accessible. We had two parking spaces, which were ideal for us.

Cons: The host could have left more toilet paper and kitchen towels in the house. We couldn't find any spare bin liners as we were there for two days and accumulated quite a lot of rubbish. There wasn't a shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom, which made things a bit tricky and wet; otherwise, it was a very convenient and great stay for us in Billericay.

Pros: House was stunning and very clean, good use of all appliances and the TVs were enormous! Beds were very comfortable and showers were excellent.

Cons: The slats in the master bedroom could do with being replaced, we had to fix them in the middle of the night. Also 2 pillows each on beds would be a little bit better as we had to use the provided towels to be comfortable.
