Cosy bolthole in the town centre.

Pros: Carleys Yard is spacious, contemporary, comfortable, cosy, excellently equipped, thoughtfully designed and ideally situated for access to the town and all amenities. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating.

Exceptional property lovely stay

Pros: Exceptional property photos do not do it justice. Great communication throughout. Beautifully presented, christmas decorations up was a nice touch. Well equipped kitchen beds comfy with lovely quality bedding comfortable seating area and great smart tv. Extremely clean and heating system fantastic and easy to use, maintained a cosy temperature and heated up quickly if needed. A really lovely stay and ample.space for 4 people. Also location fantastic in beautiful town near the castle and pub also not far from the beach.

Cons: Not a dislike just a caution to mind head in areas although it is clearly marked.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this charming apartment! It was cosy, very clean, and had everything we needed. The layout worked really well for the three of us, with plenty of space. The location was great, right in the heart of Framlingham and next to a fantastic pub! Would highly recommend staying here.

Pros: We loved the locality to the town square and pubs and restaurants. The premises is an excellent space with great facilities. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the premises and separated by a massive space (Lounge, Dining area and Kitchen) - great for two couples to use.

Cons: Was directed to pick keys up at 4pm for the first day, which was ok and then on the evening before leaving was informed that we had to vacate by 10am. We left on a Sunday. I would have preferred to have left by midday and enjoyed the morning etc. A six hour window seems a bit much for the property to be cleaned. Otherwise a great stay.
