The Zen Den

Great location

Pros: The house is great, well situated for everything (beach, train and shops), outside is ideal to sit and relax and is also a sun trap. Hosts welcoming and are there if needed for anything. Parking is ideal and everything within walking distance.

Pros: Beautiful home in a ideal location for visiting family in canvey & Raleigh . Really enjoyed staying here & meeting Phil the host .

The best host that we plan to see again

Pros: Self contained with parking clean with supplies of tea or coffee. Simple things like USB outlets on sockets were great The garden was relaxing and well maintained. The security features were reassuring. Beds were comfy and we slept well. Sofas were relaxing after a long day at the sea side. Informative helpful and friendly host

Cons: Smart tv is usable but doesn’t have the seamless operation of a freeview box Perhaps local maps / takeaway menus could be left and definitely a guest book However we weren’t there for tv or takeaways

Pros: Phil was ready and waiting with the keys showed us around his beautiful house..he was so helpful throughout our stay..got us fresh milk on arrival and had more condiments than tescos🤪

Beautiful relaxing stay!

Pros: Excellent host, great communication and very accommodating. This House is exceptionally clean and well appointed with everything needed. Perfect location for ou r needs. Will definitely book again. Oh and we got to feed the lovely fish which was an added bonus 😉

Pros: Great location walking and car if u have electric vehicle u can charge at property It was clean and everything on hand Phil n his sister was great Only think was beds they need to new once they wear not comfortable and makes nose when turned I would recommend king size 😜🤗 Thera shopping center near by halal food Great neighbor safe area Quite. I would 100% recommend to stay hear with your family and definitely will be retuning Phil was very good with us on checking out gave us enough time to leave on our clock so greatfull for that no stress there

Pros: We liked everything, nothing was missing. Very comfy lovely and spacious, the garden was very well done, we even enjoyed feeding the fish, private car parking in a lovely residential area, the owner was welcoming and helpful would definitely come again 😊
