Pros: lovely home always very clean and comfortable excellent booking in system hosts are responsive and professional

Pros: A few mins walk from the town center. Overall, good value for money

Pros: It was very clean. Had every thing you need. Good bedroom. Had a good nights sleep. Near city center.

I loved walking by the waterfront which is just a small distance from the property, thumbs 👍

Pros: The location of the house is within walking distance of Train Station and the City Centre and Bars and Resturants. Free Off street parking was good, depending on what time of the day, if you can find the space. The bed was so comfy. Staff & owner very helpful & friendly. Took the train to Felixtowe beach which was very cold this time of the year but good fish and chips. Nice meal at Kervan Kitchen in Cardinal Park.

Cons: Though I appreciate the safety aspect of having cameras, it made me uncomfortable. Sensory light in the dining area annoying when you are having your meal as it comes on & off, it would be nice if it can be turned off for the duration of my meal, but It was just one time as I dined out on the other day. Road a bit narrow as cars parked on both sides of the road, but it was funny watching from the bedroom window, 2 drivers not willing to give way to eachother lol

Pros: an easy check in it's all self check in but so easy! and I did have some issues all my fault I must admit! but was all dealt with seamlessly! has a kitchen you can use and a microwave and can eat in there too which makes it more like home! TV is a smart TV and alas smarter than me but had plenty of channels to choose from! the single bed was comfortable and got a message if the room was warm enough! how great is that!! truly amazing! have even extended my stay!! thanks so much for everything!! 🙏🙏

Very convenient - between the railway station and the town centre - very good value, great staff.

Pros: Great location, had everything I needed, very friendly and helpful staff, very good value.

Cons: I wanted to stay somewhere basic, very good value, no frills. It's not luxurious, but I didn't want luxurious. It worked exactly as I hoped.
