Good fun, lovely to be in the area and catch up with old friends all within the lovely Black Horse

Pros: Welcome and friendliness of staff was exceptional. The room was beautiful and of course the pub itself is great. Food in the pub was lovely.

Cons: Just a tiny element of the stay needed some adjustment but this is a new venture and we look forward to another visit.

Near to family met all expectations of a welcoming country pub

Perfectly basic bnb

Pros: Peace and quiet, bed was comfy and the staff were very helpful when I turned up extremely early for check in and happily sorted my room out for me with out any issue

Pros: A wonderful spot - amazingly friendly welcome and staff. Lovely, comfortable room and the “help yourself” drink/breakfast kitchenette a brilliant idea. Had a couple of drinks and a meal in the buzzy pub - got lucky with being there on fish and chip night ….. probably the best I’ve ever had anywhere! Would highly recommend this property for a drink, a meal or a stay.

Cons: Only thing missing was a proper mirror in the bedroom!

Rural Pub

Pros: Friendly people and really accommodating Nice vibe Lovely food on Saturday night Good rural location

Cons: The kitchen extractor filled the room with the smell of fat (3) Better to keep windows closed There was no cooking on Sunday so that was a relief Not sure if it was a cheaper room but we paid just over £303 for two nights

Pros: Excellent service! We even got a lift back to the wedding venue the next day from the manager!

Cons: Taxis were difficult to get round there, if you’re staying for a wedding or event, book in advance! We were a tad disappointed we didn’t get a cooked breakfast for the price, which is what we thought we were going to get.

Pros: Great welcome, wonderful room, spacious, comfortable. Excellent facilities... best cooked breakfast .

Cons: WiFi was a bit intermittent but really wasn't a huge issue.

Pros: Great location and very cosy dog-friendly pub with all facilities. Very relaxed atmosphere. Large enclosed dog-friendly garden to sit outside but also enough space in the pub to read a book or enjoy a good meal. Warm welcome at arrival. Possibility to do walks in the direct neighborhood without need to take your car. Large private parking space. Sleeping facilities with separate entrance and no noise from the pub. Self-service breakfast included or full English breakfast in the pub when open in the weekend.

Cons: No airco in the room - was an exceptional very hot day at arrival (>30°C) and also in the room under the roof. At second stay it was a normal day - and temperature just fine.

Tranquil getaway in Hertfordshire

Pros: The cottage is set in a tranquil location, 40 min from Cambridge. Recently refurbished rooms were beautifully decorated and luxurious. The pub food was absolutely delicious especially Sunday roast. The host Craig was extremely friendly and accommodating. A perfect place to relax and unnerve in the countryside wholes being close to Cambridge.

Cons: everything was perfect.
