Very comfortable and enjoyable five days.

Pros: Room spacious and clean. Plenty of storage. Breakfast excellent. Pool very good.

Cons: Gym equipment rather tired and some items did not work properly.

Lovely comfortable stay. Just needs a bit of upgrading in bathroom

Pros: Dinner and breakfast was excellent. Bar staff also. Reception on mi day was delightful. Hotel has nice little snug areas to sit in.

Cons: Reception on Sunday could have been a bit more welcoming. Bathroom to 410 needs updating. Almost impossible to get into bath as shower screen is fixed and little room to get in and out. Also cannot run a bath unless in the bath as access to taps is limited.

Pros: Comfortable hotel set in it's own grounds. Good room, spa, swimming pool, bar and restaurant. We enjoyed an evening meal at the restaurant which we felt was excellent value for money.

Cons: The shower was not getting hot ( or warm) in the morning. Reception said it was due to the hotel being busy and everyone showering at once.

Stay for my daughter's 30th

Pros: My mum and I took my daughter here for her 30th birthday. We stayed in a junior suite. Our room was lovely and we had a great garden view. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We ate in the bar and the food was amazing! We would definitely like to return.

Cons: There wasn't anything we disliked.

Pros: The room was very warm and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great leisure facilities and the food was excellent.

Cons: Would suggest an extra higher hand rail for entering and leaving bath/shower for safety

Relaxing stay

Pros: All the staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for a spa weekend with my daughters. The spa area was clean and well used. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were warm. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations.

Cons: It was just a little tired in places. However this in a way did not detract from the charm of the place. So not really a didn't like. Just not to everyone's taste.
