Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The bed was so comfy. Arrived to a lovely heated room. We had a great evening in the pub for a Halloween party. Ban was amazing, atmosphere great. Despite being outsiders in a pub where everyone knew each other, we were made to feel very welcome. Pub was rocking great atmosphere. It's lovely to see a community coming together supporting a pub that is doing a great job. Well done.

Well impressed with the room

Pros: Very comfy room and like the small attention to detail

Cons: Couple of spiders in the room.

Very enjoyable and comfortable

Pros: There are only 3 rooms and all are identical. Each consists of the bedroom and en suite bathroom. Due to architecture, the rooms are not that big, but perfectly adequate. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom contained a variety of soap, shampoos and shower caps that would put some higher class hotels to shame. Excellent tea/coffee making facilities and yummy biscuits. The breakfast basket in the room was adequate, but not exciting. Overall, excellent value for money and we would happily stay there again.

Cons: The breakfast could have been better.

the location exceeded our expectations, the pub was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros: Location was great, room was excellent, we liked the breakfast arrangements and the food van outside was very good.

Cons: Pillows were a bit hard!

Lovely place! well worth a stay.

Pros: The pub had a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were wonderful. The rooms are located next to the pub in a renovated barn. Our room included all the usual amenities along with extras like snacks, bottled water, and earplugs for the church bells. While the bells may not appeal to everyone, they fit perfectly with the charm of the village, and they honestly didn’t bother me at all. Overall, it offered excellent value for the money, and I would definitely recommend it.

Pleasant stay at a reasonable price. Thanks!

Pros: Friendly welcome in pub. Comfortable, warm room in small annex to pub. Generous supply of bottled water, beverages, etc and perfectly fine brekko tray. Ear plugs supplied if Church bell chimes a problem! Which they weren’t. 5 Bells is a drinks only pub - but food van calls and good burgers in the village. Very pleasant overnight stay.

Cons: Lack of storage space/case stand in smallish room.

Comfortable and very pleasant, I have stayed here before and will again when I visit my family

Pros: Comfortable, clean bedding, warm shower, tea and coffee and breakfast basket. Welcoming staff

Cons: When I arrived they said that they did not have my booking. I had taken a copy of the booking, and fortunately they had an empty room.
