Willow Shepherd Hut

Pros: Very nice little cabin, close to Mildenhall. If you like to see planes land or take-off this is your spot. Almost directly underneath final approach so you can see planes all the time. Depending on the wind you may see jets for Lakenheath. The cabin was very nice, good layout, enough space for two. There is a little outdoor area to chill. The owners greeted us with a warm welcome. we will be back in the summer.

A lovely quiet, comfortable, and private short stay location that I would definitely use again.

Pros: Extremely clean and well-thought-out amenities, we forgot our body wash soap, and there was some provided, so that was very helpful. We greatly appreciated the supplies that were included for the wood stove, and everything was very neat.,

Cons: The shower was a bit confusing to use, the owners did eventually let us know how to use it but that was after the fact of us having to figure it out. I suggest adding some better instructions to the black folder that was provided on the counter or hanging instructions somewhere in the bathroom.

Cosy weekend away.

Pros: Beautifully presented shepherd's hut and very welcoming hosts. The hut was cosy and clean and situated in a position that allowed privacy as well as a lovely outside space to relax. Very peaceful. We're sure this would make for a lovely weekend away in winter and summer alike.

Cons: The location suited us as we were attending a wedding just 20 minutes away at Hockwold Hall. However, if we did not have the event, we're not sure the location offered much in terms of places to eat. Saying that, our hosts kindly left an array of takeaway menus and delivery was no problem.

Lovely little hut in a secluded location

Pros: Very cosy little hut, great little place to get away from it all.

Cons: As there isn’t a lot to do around here, a tv installed would be great.

Pros: Beautiful place. Very good value for money. Pleasant owners. Definitely stay there again. It’s a very good place for plane spotters or just for chilling. Enjoyed every minute there. Massive garden which is good for the dogs.

Pros: Tranquility, peace and comfort. The Willow shepherd’s hut exceeded all of my expectations. I fell in love with the cutest bedroom, decoration and ambiance. I’m looking forward to returning.

Pros: A fabulous little shepherd's hut containing all that was needed for a few days of rest and relaxation, surrounded by countryside views and sounds. Welcoming and helpful owners made the stay even more enjoyable. Will definitely be returning!
