Luxury Apartment in Chelmsford Bond Street with Sky TV

This place is a little gem 💎 Very comfortable and pleasant stay, I felt comfortable the moment I arrived. 👍

Pros: Lovely little flat, it’s got everything you could possibly need, great little kitchen, lovely bathroom and bedroom, sky glass & Tesco next door. I felt at home which made my stay all the better 👌

Cons: Nothing at all, you can not fault it.

The perfect location

Pros: Proximity to local shops, restaurants etc,. The location was absolutely prime. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, very modern and clean.

Cons: Nothing really, the host was very helpful although I had to check in a day late due to a delay with completion of a house move. I would love to stay here again.

Clean flat in central location with great host

Pros: Nice and central. Parking was close but expensive. Host was great, he even let me in the property early hours remotely after I had inadvertently locked myself out. Really clean and close to bars and shops.

Cons: Nothing i didn't like. But it only had one cup so needs two really

Convenient, tidy, everything you need and a good location

Pros: Lovely little flat, had everything I needed in a convenient central location

Location and facilities together with lovely manner of manager/owner so good that I would highly recommend and stay

Pros: Central location. Highly responsive manager/owner. Washing machine provided.

Cons: No air conditioning and apartment was very hot. Due to central location, windows need to be closed at night to minimise noise and then very hot. Excellent fan was provided however. There is a large pillar in the bedroom that would prevent anyone other than slim build moving around and this results in climbing over the bed.

Pros: The flat was nice,clean and fresh.. Very convenient being very near to city centre. Landlord was very helpful.

Cons: There was a concrete pillar in the bedroom which made it difficult for my husband to get in to bed. It is a construction problem and not one the landlord could do anything about. Maybe to try and move the bed around.

Great apartment with a great host

Pros: The apartment was clean, tidy and in a great location. The host was lovely and very helpful. Will definitely be staying again when I next visit family.

Pros: Nice modern apartment. Well located. The owner was very helpful.

Cons: The vertical blinds in the bedroom were not good at blocking out light. Maybe an additional solid blind would help as we didn't sleep too well.

Pros: Very clean and modern but cosy, easy to access, great location, friendly owner, soundproof, great tv, looks the same as the pictures.

Cons: Can’t say anything bad about it!

Pros: The bed was nice and so was the bathroom. It was quite cosy

Cons: The whole place was a little cold even with the heaters on full but overall it was fine
