Excellent place

Pros: Very clean, comfortable and very pretty. Good location

Cons: The hot water in the kitchen was either spraying everywhere with such a high flow or it was off.

Pros: Beautiful ground floor flat. Lovely comfy double bed. Decor very nice, even had Molton brown toiletries to use ! Well equipped kitchen. Great Indian restaurant opposite!

Lovely property in Swaffham.

Pros: Good location, very central with good local amenities. Cosy, very comfortable, modern accommodation with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We would recommend it.

Cons: Nothing we didn't like. Parking was a bit tight a couple of times, but we always found a space in the private car park.

Beautiful little hideaway

Pros: The property was clean, beautifully decorated and they thought of everything you could possibly need for a stay. They included information about local places which was great. I would definately love to spend more than the one night there. Location was perfect, there was parking available. I really couldn't praise enough.

Cons: That I only stopped one night when I would have loved to stop longer.

Lovely place, good location, will definitely return

Pros: The property is lovely, nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Great location for going to a concert at the Sandringham Estate. Will definitely book again when staying in that area and would also stay longer so we could explore the local area.

Cons: A couple of slight niggles, I had to call the host to remotely turn on the hot water, I tried calling twice and no answer but he did call me straight back (should really have already been turned on) the milk sachets and biscuits were well out of date - I mentioned this to the cleaner (lovely lady) who said that they were recently purchased and she would sort it with the host immediately. The shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold (I could not get a happy medium with the controls) I could see from previous reviews people have called the host for help with the shower but I didn’t want to bother him again. Non of this would stop me from returning though as they are minor issues easily rectified.

Amazing Property

Pros: Stunning accommodation. Fantastic, comfortable one night stay. Would have happily stayed for longer. Martin our host has thought of everything.

Cons: Nothing to not like!

Pros: Peddlers Rest is beautifully decorated and has everything that you need, it's a home from home. The property is located minutes from Swaffham town centre with ample shops, bars and restaurants.

Cons: The location is on a main road and there is a lot of traffic noise. I would suggest that the owner has a small vacuum cleaner for guests, i would also remove the dishwasher and replace it with a washing machine. It would be useful to have a pizza tray and baking tray.

A perfect base for visiting family in Swaffham.

Pros: Comfy bed and pillows and good quality linen. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lounge was very comfortable. Small issue with shower was quickly rectified by Host.

Cons: Nothing - we enjoyed our stay and will return.

Pros: Very comfortable and perfect stay for a work trip. Hope to definitely come again.

Cons: Small things: Proximity to road meant could be noisy at times It was immaculately clean but the smell of cleaning product was very strong and would be more pleasant if dialled down a notch.
