Pros: Great location close to shops and restaurants. Also, the host was very communicative and provided clear indications about the flat.

Cons: It might have been the cold days, but some rooms of the flat were a bit chilly. The bedroom was warm and cozy, though.

Pros: Cozy apartment on hills road around 15 mins by bus from the centre. Close to bustops. Comfortable with a very personal touch in the decoration and pot plants. WiFi was fine TV had internet channels. For main TV live you can log onto iPlayer but you'll need a licence. Heaters work well. You need to turn them on as well as the shower and boiler. Kitchen is very well stocked. Was clean throughout. Main bedroom is at the front but if window is closed noise is not obtrusive .

Cons: It is on the 2nd floor up some stairs. Would be useful to have a note about how to turn on shower and boiler as well as heating and microwave especially for any overseas guests. I discovered the boiler when hot water ran out. Curtains in the living room could do with being replaced as you cannot open them fully. Double bed by the wall may pose difficulties for 2 people.

Good vale for money.

Pros: Large property with complimentary offers, very good value for the money. It was very basic but comfortable just the same.

Wonderfully located little gem

Pros: The apartment was tidy and clean, and it had everything in the cupboards and kitchen that you could need for your stay. I loved the little attentions to detail like the beautiful house plants, fluffy rug, hand soap and towel warmer. The location was fantastic, it was quiet, easy to find, and immediately beside the bus route straight into the centre of Cambridge. The owner couldn't have been friendlier and called to check we were enjoying our stay, and answered our questions while we were there, which was very lovely.

Pros: Excellent location for visiting Addenbrookes. Clean and comfy. Flat well equipped with what you would need. Excellent communication and free off street parking

Cons: Perhaps things could be update in places however, this did not effect our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Pros: It was very conveniently situated. The instructions to get in were clearly laid out. Communication when there was a problem was good. I wasn't sure how to switch off the unit in the bathroom.

Cons: The rubbish bin in the kitchen.

Pros: Good location, excellent value for money and very helpful host. The flat was clean and we enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony.

Perfect flat to explore Cambridge

Pros: Bright and spacious flat, wonderful location, welcoming host.

Cons: Nothing.

It suited our needs well and we appreciated how helpful the proprietor was.

Pros: It was comfortable and clean and in a good location for us. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful with our particular needs.

Cons: There were some problems with the fittings. They were fixed while we were there. The main disappointment, which was not clear when we first booked, was that it was on the first floor and that was something of a problem for one of us. It is more suitable for younger, fitter people.

Good flat and location for an overnight stay

Pros: Location - easy to get into central Cambridge by bus and free car parking available. Hostess was pleasant and helpful, giving us an earlier check in. Good value for money for the area.

Cons: The flat was a little tired and needs updating. Low bed too close to wall for two people to access easily. Flat looks out towards main road and somewhat noisy when windows are open.
