A very enjoyable stay

Pros: The people and condition of the property very good, and the breakfast was fantastic.

Cons: Not very easy to find, as needs better sign post on main road

A wonderful relaxing stay!

Pros: Warm welcome Beautiful property with wonderful wall art and other artefacts in the lounge and corridors. Rambling garden with some great planting, particularly the grasses on view from the bath in room 5! Fabulous breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals and full cooked breakfast available.

Too short . Lovely hosts . The kippers for breakfast were a bonus . Two very happy kiwis.

Pros: Loved the design of the chalets and the garden. Easy access and parking.

Perfection!

Pros: We loved everything about the barn! Bruce and David were perfect hosts and had thought of everything. The whole place was beautiful! It was like being in a wonderful art gallery with exquisite paintings and ceramics. The room was stylish and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and we ate ouside in the tranquil garden. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Pros: Fabulous place. They’ve missed nothing. High quality accommodation with everything you need and more. A wonderful greeting from Lola. Pub short walk away very good too.

The best B&B I have stayed in within the UK by far.

Pros: Outstanding room, surrounding garden, communal area and facilities. It is literally like staying inside a giant work of art. The attention to detail is breathtaking. The breakfast was sublime. The hosts are very friendly and made for excellent conversation.

Pros: David and Bruce made us all feel welcome on arrival and during our stay.

Even one night feels like a proper holiday

Pros: Very welcoming on arrival complete with tea and cake! Stunning buildings in restful wooded setting. Own patio lovely spot for quiet enjoyment. Pared back interior of premises softened by plenty of artworks and wealth of house plants. White roses and clematis on main path approach. Breakfast had exceptional choice and really tasty cooked options. Everything in own room worked as it should.

Cons: Others may wish to be aware that in four of the five bedrooms the comfortable bed is on a mezzanine floor so a wooden staircase to reach the bathroom. Fortunately plenty of lighting choices.

Would highly recommend

Pros: lovely accommodation and location. The owner’s are really nice and helpful. Accommodation is beautiful and well equipped and the breakfast was exceptional.
