Rectory Farm

In 50 acres of grounds, Rectory Farm is 2 miles from Cambridge centre. This country house offers free Wi-Fi, paid parking, and a paid seasonal outdoor swimming pool open from June until September. Set in a grand period building, the elegant bedrooms each have a private modern bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. Rooms also feature a TV and hairdryer, and all have scenic countryside views. Rooms are located in the House or in the adjacent Chalet. Please note: Dogs are welcome at a cost of £25 per dog per stay. This must be requested in advance by emailing the property directly for approval. Breakfast is not included in the room price but is available in the Main House breakfast restaurant and can be purchased separately for £16 per person. Just a 5 minute drive from Cambridge’s scenic College Backs, the Rectory is 2 miles from Castle Hill and Kettle’s Yard art gallery. The Grand Arcade shopping centre is a 10-minute drive away. Guests can take a Park and Ride bus service or walk on a footpath to the City Centre.

Extremely comfortable, welcoming and clean

Pros: We have stayed here many times, it is clean, comfortable, warm and very quiet and in an ideal Location to visit the area.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like.

Relaxing- a breath of fresh air for Londoners!

Pros: Relaxed atmosphere Short drive to Cambridge (10mins) but feels like we are in the countryside The grounds- beautiful We won’t stay anywhere else. Visiting daughter who is at Uni.

Lovely place. Would come again and stay longer!

Pros: Just needed the room for the night. Very relaxing! Feels like in the country side but close to Cambridge with park and ride into Cambridge! Price was amazing!

Cons: Net curtains in our room! Mainly because of the position of this room. Normally would prefer no nets
