Pros: Within walking distance of main attractions. Friendly helpful host. Warm comfortable accommodation. This is the third time we have stayed here, and will come again.

Great location and super host.

Pros: The proximity to town and being able to park the cark safely and walk. The host was so helpful and clearly loves Ely. We even caught up with each other a couple of times in the local pubs. Loved Ely. Will definitely be back.

Cons: Just needed a few more crockery items for those of us to home cook whilst away.

Pros: The host was so accommodating, allowing us to use the parking space pre and post check-in, letting us drop our bags off earlier, recommending restaurants etc and even leaving us Gluten free biscuits as one of the party was GF! The accommodation was clean, comfortable and so cosy after such awful weather! Comfy beds, great shower, lovely decor and so warm. Perfectly located for an easy walk into the centre. We did get an Uber back in the evening as we were soaked, literally cost only £4.60! Would definitely stay again.

Pros: The flexibility of the owner to allow us slightly earlier entry to the cottage was spot on. We were in Ely for a family wedding and needed to drop our stuff & change before heading to the church. The owner helped make this possible for us

Great stay, excellent location, big comfy bed.

Pros: Windmill Cottage is a short, direct, 10 min walk into Ely passing the wonderful Cathedral on route. The cottage itself is spacious and had everything we needed for our one night stay. Rob, the host, met us on arrival and gave us suggestions for where to eat that evening which was very useful. Would definitely recommend.

Short break in Ely

Pros: The apartment was very clean, comfortable and homely. The kitchen had lots of nice touches (washing up liquid and sponges, tea towels etc) and even basic cooking supplies. Bed was very comfy. The host, Robert, was exceptionally helpful. He went out and bought an extra fan because a heatwave was expected during our stay and helped us out with the telly. The apartment is on a fairly busy road but double glazing cuts out traffic noise and the bedroom is at the back. It's an easy walk into Ely.

Cons: All good

Pros: Great location within easy walking distance of central Ely. Great communication from the host. Large bedroom in a property which was easy to find and had parking included. Nice touches including milk, tea, coffee and biscuits!

Cons: Some small issues but I spoke to the host who was very open to the feedback.

Very well equipped and a handy location for the cathedral and all of Ely

Pros: Location and size were super as were all the facilities

Cons: Noise from the accommodation above when moving around caused interruption to sleep, unfortunately
