Pros: Great communications, lovely clean comfortable room with lovely little extras like fresh milk and orange juice in the fridge. Big white fluffy towels, comfortable beds. Easy safe parking with lovely hosts. Highly recommended!

Lovely, comfortable, spacious annex, complete with friendly cat!

Pros: Nice and tucked away with our own little walkway and friendly cat. Very comfortable bed and nice powerful shower.

Cons: Maybe a little breakfast hamper may have been nice. I did wrongly presume that breakfast would be on offer.

Pros: We were met personally by Claire and made to feel very welcome. The little extras (milk, tea, and water) were greatly appreciated after a long car journey on a very hot day.

Pros: Excellent communication with the host. The annexe was very comfortable and clean, with nice little touches such as fresh orange juice and cereal bars. The photos actually didn't do the annexe justice!

Cons: A bottle of water would have been nice as we don't drink tap water & forgot to bring some with us. After a day & eve at the races, dancing the night away to Tom Jones, water when we got back was what we needed. Not a complaint at all as everything else was lovely!

Clean & Comfortable little Annexe

Pros: Very good communication and very easy to find Nice quiet part of town and parking was excellent Clare was very friendly and the Annexe was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay I would stay here again

Pros: Separate area awY from the main house with out courtyard.the wee cat house outside made it feel very homely.

Pros: Everything. It makes all the difference to pull up to a lovely, relaxing place like the Annexe after 14hrs on the road but to also be met by the beautiful young lady that is Claire when your used to booking in to random hotels with no conversation makes a whole lot of difference. I will 100% be rebooking next time I'm in the area and would 100% recommend it to others.
