Would definitely reccomended

Pros: It was a fantastic place to stay. We came in February and not all accommodation can offer such a cosy and welcoming stay, this one definitely did.. The quality of everything there was very good.

Cons: It's hard to find anything, being ultra picky, the 3rd bedroom window was a bit drafty for the head of the bed to be under it, but we were there in very windy and wet weather.

Lovely position next to beach and town centre, all we expected !.

Pros: The property was clean and beautifully presented (especially the kitchen which is always pleasing! )

Cons: No grumbles at all but could do with a whisk and measuring jug.

Excellent location, excellent base for Aldeburgh.

Pros: Excellent location. Well-appointed property. Good use of the space available.

Cons: A number of repairs needed to various parts of the property (patched up back door window, loose woodwork in one bathroom, paintwork needs some attention.....).

Lovely comfortable property in a terrific location.

Pros: Loved the close location to the town. The property was well maintained and nicely decorated. The sofas and beds were super comfy and there was plenty of hot water.

Cons: Would have been great to have a cheese grater and can opener. We also thought that the mats in the kitchen should have a non-slip backing as we had a couple of near misses against the kitchen island.

Nice little cottage in fab location

Pros: Great location 1 minute from the beach, 2 mins to shops and restaurants. The upstairs space - 3 x double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - was great for a family with 2 teenagers. Cosy lounge, comfy sofas, great smart TV. Great check in instructions / easy to check in.

Cons: Not much natural light or airflow so very stuffy in the summer. Kitchen not really well equipped if you want to cook. No welcome gifts like wine or tea / coffee / milk etc which are usual with holiday lets. Carpets / rug not very clean.

Comfortable cottage, close to the sea. Cosy for 3 couples, but good for a family of 4.

Pros: Close to the beach, although the marketing shots lead you to believe it’s the cottage with the green shutters facing the sea.

Cons: Quite dark. No microwave. No views.

Overall a very nice & comfortable stay in a good location. Boiler/heating needs attention.

Pros: Very nice & comfortable cottage. Good location, close to seafront & high street with shops, pubs etc.

Cons: Heating & hot water temperamental. Hot water quickly fixed by host but there was no central heating during our stay. There were some electric heaters so no major issue but something to consider when staying in the colder months.

We had great stay with our grandchildren. Very close to beach.

Pros: It was clean and comfortable. Beds were really great. It had everything you needed.

Cons: Nothing wrong with the house, apart from having no view.

Tophuis! Op goede locatie!

Pros: Erg schoon en netjes… leuke details en presentatie van gebruiksvoorwerpen. Het rook ook erg lekker! Douche zeer fijn en schoon… 2 badkamers ook erg fijn. Goede bedden en kussens en geen geluidsoverlast in nacht… dicht bij hoofdstraat met leuke winkels…
