Pros: Very cosy and warm which was perfect as it was very cold October half-term!

Absolute satisfaction

Pros: I booked a house for my colleagues. All were completely satisfied with the accommodation. Thank you very much for allowing us to spend beautiful days at your place.

Pros: The accommodation was very comfortable, the owner popped by to welcome us and brought a lovely bunch of homegrown flowers. There was plenty of space and the house was very clean and welcoming.

Pros: Spacious and airy feel in the home. Everything you needed was available. The host was very welcoming.

Cons: The fact we couldn't stay longer. There was nothing we didn't like about our stay even if it was only 2 nights. It was amazing.

A lovely, spacious cottage in a great location.

Pros: We had a great stay at The Spinney. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for the six of us. The host popped in on the first night and also responded straight away when we messaged to let her know the toaster wasn't working - it was replaced the next day! The garden is a good size and it was nice to have outdoor seating and a few games available. It's a very quiet area but Aldeburgh and Southwold are close enough for day trips, as well as Framlingham Castle just 5 minutes away.

Cons: The check-in time of 5pm is quite late.

A quality , spacious bungalow that was just the ticket for our 4 night stay.

Pros: location was a quiet, small village. Plenty of parking. great garden. Very good space with kitchen, dining room and separate lounge. Friendly owner popped around on our first evening. Small welcome gift pack was appreciated. All very clean. Bed comfy and linen top quality. Kitchen mainly well equipped. This bungalow suited our purposes well for an aged family group of 7. We managed the required bathroom rotation of the one shower without any problem. Two toilets were useful. no one used the upstairs bath. Great drying room and washing machine.

Cons: Tips for improvement - more coathangers, more cutlery, more proper outdoor chairs, TV is not visible from the far sofa (we all wanted to watch the tennis final!), water pressure upstairs is very poor. PIty only one shower. Need hanging space upstairs. Oven took ages to heat up.

Warm and welcoming. It was lovely to have a Christmas tree as we were there from Boxing Day.
