Great Place to stay

Pros: The room was really nice. It was big and clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a balcony and a lovely view of the pier and the sea. The staff were fantastic and friendly. The breakfast was great, I really enjoyed it. While I was there I booked an afternoon tea, it was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again

Fit for purpose

Pros: Location was central and perfect for what it was booked for. They always offer a generous portion of meals although didn’t eat this time.

Cons: Room could have been a bit cleaner.

Perfect stay for a family who wanted to have fun in Southend. Planning to do it all over again soon.

Pros: Our family room was spacious, clean and with wrap-around balcony overlooking the sea was a hit! The beds were comfortable and facilities were plentiful. Dining areas were clean and tidy and the quality and quantity of breakfast options was great.

Cons: Our shower was a little temperamental nothing to complain about.
