Lovely stay with excellent and welcoming staff.

Pros: Lovely,helpful reception and bar staff. Really comfortable beds. Very quiet.

Lovely cosy stay and would definitely stay again.

Pros: Very quiet, the soundproofing was amazing, the room was lovely and warm and clean. And the staff were very helpful welcoming and friendly.

Cons: Hand soap was empty but. There was some in the bath rack so used that but due to a baby bump I didn't want to lean over the bath.

Perfect airport pit stop.

Pros: Perfect for early morning flight. Walkable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean modern rooms . Great bar overlooking the airport.

Cons: Our roon the heating wasnt great and we where cold, we told reception and maintainace was called but saidbit was fine. But we where cold most of evening

Nice hotel but bed was below our expectations

Pros: Staff we encountered were very friendly, hotel was clean and breakfast wasnt good.

Cons: The most important thing is sleep and sadly the bed was too small to be a double bed which affected our sleep

Very nice staff, modern clean and comfortable hotel

Pros: I live locally and had to book this hotel on Saturday night in an emergency situation where we had no power in our home for over 27 hours. Myself and my daughter checked in with a very lovely member of staff on reception who is kind enough to give us two vouchers for a complementary drink in the bar on the fifth floor after the day we’ve had we needed it and she saw that so thank you for that the room was comfortable spacious clean and just what we needed for the night it would’ve been nice to have stayed here under a different circumstances, however I would still thoroughly recommend this hotel

Cons: I was a little disappointed to see after I’ve booked it that I had to pay £15 to park my car for the night. If I’d have known this I would’ve parked my car somewhere in the local area and walked under my circumstances. It was the last thing I needed?
