Lovely lodge a home from home

Pros: The property was decorated beautifully it was very homely and comfortable

Cons: The tv control was very temperamental and the radiator in one of the bedrooms didn’t work

Would visit again as location stunning....

Pros: Loved the location, terrace is great overlooking the lake, park was quiet and tidy, lodge was well appointed and had everything we needed

Cons: Outside cleanliness when we arrived was poor, needed to mop the terrace and remove loads of cobwebs, also some cupboards needed a clean out. Terrace swing chair that was on the pictures was not there so only outside seating was round the table

Comfortable in a beautiful location

Pros: The lodge is in a beautiful location overlooking the lake, it is well equipped and very comfortable, and has a dedicated parking space right next to the lodge.

Cons: We stayed twice and both times had issues with the heating.

Nice lodge in nice location but wouldn’t have booked if Booking.com had highlighted the above wasn’t included in the pri

Pros: Great location by one of the lakes, lodge decorated nicely with free wi-fi, en-suite to master bedroom and separate shower room / toilet for the other twin bedroom

Cons: Thought it was a bit expensive out of high season for a lodge without a hot tub and no linen, towels, dish cloths, toilet rolls, etc. and no welcome pack, have paid similar price by a lake in the past that includes all of the above.
