Great stay, had lots of fun

Pros: 2nd time we have stayed here and wont be the last. Very good value for money, friendly staff , beautiful village, bonus of disco and kareoke on a friday night. Friendly people.

Our stay -2 rooms(double & twin) very enjoyable.

Pros: Very good food ,promptly cooked ,comfy & cosy superior double room , twin room ok; The Manager, Tyler, was superb.. went out of his way to help & sorted out any issues straight way.

Cons: Heating not on in twin room ; Manager found a portable heater promptly. shower in twin room a little intermittent, but adequate.

Enjoyed the stay and food was perfect.

Pros: Good room and facilities the host Tyler was amazing. Catered for our needs. He was rushed off his feet as he was the only one working yet he still managed very well. We had a meal which was absolutely lovely and great value for money. The breakfast was lovely too.

Brilliant would recommend very nice people who work there

Pros: The location was perfect, nicely located for the event I was attending. The village itself was lovely and the locals were friendly. The breakfast was delicious 😋

Cons: I stayed in the room with the twin beds as initially was expecting there to be two of us. The beds were quite uncomfortable. Too hard for my liking but that's not to say another person may prefer that.

Relaxed atmosphere and attentive and friendly staff.

Pros: Rooms were clean and cozy. Water was available in the room. Restaurant staff were helpful and food was good.

One night stopover

Pros: Great location, helpful, friendly and accommodating staff. I don't eat much carb due to diabetes, and they kindly swapped chips for a lovely salad with my steak. Food was cooked well and served quickly, well presented and tasty. We have a good sized bedroom & bathroom and the bed was very clean & comfortable.

Cons: Minor things only. The stairs were narrow & a little steep with a tight turn at the bottom with 2 doors, when both open, you are stuck in the middle. The plug didn't work in the bath, and when I hung the hand towel up, the rail came completely out of the wall with the raw plug. Finally, the toilet was totally separated off the bathroom with a door, and in the night I stubbed my little toe on the wooden freshhold, (I could have turned the light on, but don't usually in the night). Most of these things were due to the age of the building.

Convenient location and good price.

Pros: Location was good. Bed was comfy. Food was good. Thanks for the bottled water in the room.

Cons: A fan in the room would have been appreciated. Car park was supposed to have been for residents only but there was no room when we arrived, which implies this rule wasn’t being adhered to.
